Peasant workers are unique results of urban—rural dual system and one special social group in China．The public library is a public benefit cultural institution of spreading advanced culture．In the long course of serving peasant workers，many problems have existed，such as lack of ideology,staleness of serving patterns，incompleteness of services，etc.,thus，in order to improve quality of the public library serving peasant workers approaches of enhancing quality of libraries'services have to be explored．
