In recent years,the number of university graduates has increased year by year,meanwhile the employment situation is very grim,and the employment of college students has become the focus of the society.Many universities eager to solve the employment problem of graduates,but they may ignore or cannot fully exploit the existing available resources.This paper reviewed the existing universities various social resources,and gave some suggestions on how to fully exploit the universities resources and expand employment channels.
