The financial security of the commercial banks has important implications for the stable and sound operation of the bank.This paper analyzed the risk of commercial banks from the point of view of financial risk,established financial risk evaluation index system of commercial banks,evaluated the financial risk profile of China's 10 listed commercial banks with the use of principal component analysis,and proposed the countermeasures to prevent the financial risk of the commercial banks.
