The university students' career planning is an important subject for instructors.It is important for instructors to have a right thought and correct attitude towards this work.This paper takes a good example,whose name is Zhu Yong that is an outstanding graduate from our college,to explain how to explore University students' career planning mode.Based on understanding their students very well,instructors,by applying psychological test skills and psychological counseling method,promote students' self-knowing awareness,strengthen the confidence and define the career fields suitable for individual psychological features and abilities.
