This paper analyzes and compares the status and management mechanisms of student orgnization in the Hebei University of Engineering in China and the North Carolina State University in USA, which includes the total numbers, categories, approval of new orgnizations, management of existing orgnizations, funding, events, and resources. The paper proposes several suggestions on the development and management of student orgnizations in our universities.
