Privately-run enterprises are the new productive forces under the condition of socialist market economy, making tremendous contributions to the contemporary economic and social development in China. However, the interior Party building of privately-run enterprise is not matching their vapid developments, with many problems; therefore, enhancing the Party Building of privately-run enterprises becomes the most significant task of them. CPC, as the ruling party, need to widely acquire political resources from all levels of the society in China, enhance the Party building of privately-run enterprises, to constantly consolidate and enlarge its class basis and mass base, to promote the further development of society and economy, and consolidate its ruling status.
