To improve teachers' professional quality is an ongoing hot topic. About the university teachers professional quality issues are particular concern, and how to improve the professional quality of university teachers becomes an urgent issue. This paper talks about the issue from the meaning of ethics and its relations with professional quality of teachers, the factors limiting the improvement of ethics, and the ways to enhance the level of morality.
