Language and culture are closely related with each other, language is the carrier and an important part of culture, and culture is the soul of tourism. Understanding cultural differences and getting good intercultural communicative competence are the necessary professional attainments for tour guides. Tourism English,as an applied discipline, starts with the needs of the development of society, and is aimed to cultivate the intercultural consciousness and competence of learners. Starting from the cross-cultural perspective, keeping a foothold in the English tour guide training, based on cross culture teaching in foreign and domestic theories, together with the re-contextualization theories, the tourism English teaching mode in classroom teaching is constructed.
