    摘要:

    青年教师的专业成长既关系到他们个人职业幸福,同时也是学校可持续发展的战略问题,着力分析了教龄在六年以内的青年教师专业成长面临的问题,探讨教研组质量协作体对青年教师专业成长的干预功能,目的在于能科学、系统地关注青年教师的专业成长。

    Abstract:

    The professional growth of young teachers is not only related to their personal occupation happiness, but also to the school sustainable development strategy. The paper analyzes the problems facing the professional growth of young teachers who has six years' teaching experience, and discusses the intervention function of the teaching and research group quality cooperation on the professional growth of young teachers so as to pay attention to the professional growth of young teachers scientifically and systematically.
