Foreign direct investment and export growth plays an important role in a country or a region 's economic growth. This paper does an empirical research on the influence degree of FDI on the export trade, at the same time, divides China into the Eastern, Middle and Western sections. And through collected data from 2001 to 2009 to build a panel data model, this paper makes a focus empirical research on the effect of FDI on the export trade, FDI of the Eastern, Middle and Western sections on the export trade, making a contrast between regional differences.
