Since the reform and opening up of China, the rural economy of Hebei Province has obtained a rapid development, the comprehensive power of economy has continuously increased. But there has appeared a series of problems in the process of the development. This paper introduces the issues of domestic research overview on the rural ecological culture, deeply discusses the problems of our rural ecological culture construction appearing in eco-cultural consciousness, ecological and cultural infrastructure, the system of the ecological cultural construction and some related laws and regulation in Hebei Province, and finally proposes corresponding route selections.
