This paper first applies the common strategy analysis theory PEST Analysis and SWOT Analysis to empirical study of Handan city's medical cosmetic surgery of service system integration. Then, the paper elaborates on the management system of integration, the medical security,health agency service ability,the motivation and enthusiasm of big hospital, ect. Finally, it explores suitable medical cosmetic beauty service system integration model.
