Because of the misunderstanding to ideological and political class in colleges of science and engineering,problems have occurred such as teaching arbitrariness, teaching formality, divorcing between theory and practice teaching. Better progress of college ideological and political class is puzzled by these problems.Exploring and building practical teaching and assessing system suitable for the need of class and straightening management system are the main measures to solve the present problems.
