    摘要:

    当今企业间的竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争。新时期建成国际化现代化一流强企,离不开各类人才的强劲支撑作用。树立什么样的人才理念、用什么样的人,事关企业的兴衰成败。构建人才成长通道,促进更多的干部职工成长为人才,是企业党组织的政治优势和组织优势,对促进企业和谐、健康、可持续发展具有极为重要的意义。构建人才成长通道是一项复杂的系统工程,在实践中构建企业人才成长通道,需要倾力打造文化观念支柱、薪酬体系支柱、精神激励支柱、立体用才支柱、培训教育支柱等"五大支柱"。

    Abstract:

    the nature of the competition between modern enterprises is the competition of talents. Talents of different kinds are necessary props for building first-class international modern enterprise. It is a matter of success or failure for the enterprise to decide their concept of talent, to use what kind of talents. It is the enterprise's party organization's political and organizational advantages to construct talents' development channel, to promote more cadre and worker growing into talents. This is of great significance for the enterprise's harmonious, healthy and sustainable development. It is a complex systematic project to construct talents' development channel. In practice,it needs to build the five pillars: pillar of cultural concept, pillar of salary system, pillar of spiritual encouragement,pillar of managing the talents three-dimensionally, and pillar of traing education.
