With the transition of Chinese society, social management in our country is faced with new situations and new problems. The original ways of social management that government ruling over all things has not completely adapted to the need of new development. In order to shape a new structure of social management, we need to further study social management laws, upgrade management ideas, integrate resource management and innovate the public management system. Under current new situations in China,fundamental researches on social management have become our main task on the construction of economic society. Due to the initial stage of researches on social management in our country, the basic concept has not formed a unified understanding, basic study such as the concept of social management became the significant in the search of social management.
