Abstract:Through the analysis and comparision between the detective novels of Arthur Conan Doyle and that of Agatha Christie, the study on the reflection of literature element of the literature ideological trend of Europe and America in the detective novels could be further explored, which includes the relevance between detective novels, humanistic literature, romantic literature and realistic literature.
