Employment difficulty for university and college graduates is a global issue, which has been a particularly outstanding problem in our country in recent years. Facing this urgent social problem, every country adopts relative countermeasures. With millions of college students graduated each year, solving their employment problem concerns the prosperity of the country, the livelihood of people, and development of education. Therefore, certain reform of education system must be conducted in 4 ways: firstly, popularize the dual-track system education; secondly, establish the education system of industry-university-research cooperation; thirdly, carry out quality-oriented education strategy; lastly, government sets political insurance.
