Abstract:It was pointed out in the third plenary session of the 18 that the reform of the rural land property rights would continue and farmers would be given more property rights, new relationship between urban and rural areas will be set up. From the perspective of consider the urban and rural land market as a whole, the paper analyzes the necessity and possibility to establish a unified urban and rural land market, and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations, it also has a certain reference significance in narrowing the gap between urban developing the rural economy, and planning for urban-rural development.
