Abstract:As it has become an inevitable trend in the development of world higher education, personalized education should be researched carefully, explored actively, planned scientifically and progressed reasonably in universities. To promote personalized education in student management, it is required to begin from the following four aspects, namely, "classroom teaching, social practicing, campus culture and system building". Among them, classroom teaching is the basis, social practicing is the tool, campus culture is the carrier and the system building is the guarantee. These can help integrate personalized education into morality education literally.
