Abstract:in an age of globalization, teachers of ideological and political theoretical courses is facing the marginalization of their teaching, questioning of their academic theory, petrifaction of classroom teaching. As the teachers of ideological and political theoretical courses should always keep the passion, promote the four-dimensional interactive classroom reform with society, history, course and students to enhance the students' sense of responsibility, so as to achieve the overall goal of cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
