Since the Eighteenth National Congress,the construction of basic democracy in China entered the new period of reform and development.On the one hand,since the Reform and Opening-up,China's construction of grassroots democracy has made brilliant achievements.On the other hand,there are also many problems that need to be solved in the course of grassroots democratization.In the face of the numerous problems that appear in the new period,we should not only constantly sum up successful experience in practice,but also to keep pace with the times to explore the new ideas of the development of grassroots democracy,work for the realization of the strategic target of the "Two Centenary Goals".
