Pension problem is a common problem in human history that any age, any society must face, related to well-being of individuals and the stability of society. Irreversible aging society and accelerating the development of new urbanization in Hebei prompted pension real estate has become a necessary trend. With simple understanding of basic old-age real estate concept, endowment of Hebei Province real estate for analysis, learning from the experience in real estate development in developed countries and the developed regions, this paper proposes new urbanization process for real estate development in Hebei pension strategy, for reference.
