Abstract:In today's high-speed development of knowledge economy, talent's status as "the first resource" becomes prominent. Recruitment is an important channel for the enterprises to obtain high-quality talent, including recruitment service outsourcing being a new development direction of human resource management outsourcing, which has received a widespread attention in recent years. By combing recruitment outsourcing literature, this paper makes a comprehensive review and summary of the national study dynamic of recruitment service outsourcing from four aspects:the basic context, connotation, motivation and advantages, risks and correspondence. On the above research basis, it gives an outlook of the future trend to provide a beneficial reference for the future research.
