Through the research on eco-agriculture development in Hebei province, the paper presents the construction of local laws and regulations system to promote legal execution in Hebei, the promotion of agricultural production material and energy cycle utilization, so as to optimize the environment, improve the local characteristics of the eco-agricultural products quality, and increase its total output value.
