Abstract:To avoid too much emphasis on rigid system construction in learnig atmosphere construction in universities and colleges and too much attention to establish a scientific management system while ignoring subjective initiatives, by research on the guidance, cohesion, motivation and integration functions of psychological contract, this paper put forward the establishment phase (E), the adjustment phase (A) and the realization phase (R) of the psychology contract between educators and educatees in the process of in learning atmosphere construction, namely "E-A-R model", arousing subjective initiative of practice subjects.
