This article puts forward some new thought of Strengthening-Province's Strategy on Culture of Hebei under the new situation through analyzing achievements,problems and experiences in its transformation from a big province to a powerful province on culture,and combined with the environment of existing policy of coordinated development for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
