According to the new requirements of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,this paper promotes the organic combination of the new ideas,new thoughts,new methods and the implementation process of individualized talents cultivation,grasping the theoretical connection between ideological,political education and individualized talents cultivation.It also advocates active exploration of the effective implementation of the path of mutual promotion and coordinated development of the two,and further implements of the work concept of "people-oriented,personality development",to complete the current ideological and political education of college students scientifically and effectively.
