The paper explores the constraints of the current university physics experiment teaching to students' creativity from aspects of teaching,learning and content.Based on the analysis,the author puts forward some measures to cultivate college students' creativity from four aspects:to stimulate students' interest to create the innovative environment,to strengthen psychological cultivation,to reform university physics experimental teaching system and to establish practice and training base.
