Abstract:Different hypotheses of the behavior logic of individual employees such as "economic men", "social men" or "policy men" generate managerial philosophy. These hypotheses suggest that the behavior logic of individuals is one of the premises to establish practical managerial strategies. In the process of interacting, the whole organization regulates the individuals' behavior in the first place, and the latter has many different changes inside the former which would have never happened in other fields. Based on the behavior logic of individual employees, the managers should strengthen their management of the positions requiring special skills, focus their attention on the departments which have great impact on the relationship between the organization and outside environment, and improve the way of delivering information inside the organization.
