As a kind of legal practice teaching method, the moot court is widely adopted by the Law major at college.However, the role of moot court in moral education has not been fully paid attention to.This paper explains the advantages of moot court in college students' moral education and the lack of curriculum design in moot court at present. On this basis, it puts forward three suggestions to improve the curriculum design in moot court and strengthen the function of moral education.
