Through information board after induced mood for 42 unmarried female college students between the ages of 20-26, this study discusses the female college students' partner decision-making under regret emotion. The results show that:(1) means of videos and free imagination can induce subjects' regret emotions; (2) emotion types, time constraints and the candidate numbers can affect the female student's decision information processing methods; (3) emotion types, regret mood and neutral mood, have no significant effect on the female student's decision information processing methods.
