A city or a country's internationalization can be reflected by its international language service which can show their international image and competitiveness. With the increasing communications with the world, China needs a number of talents who not only have their own major but with a comprehensive English ability both in speaking and writing. However, English writing for non-English majors is long neglected in college English course, which results in college students' poor writing ability. The paper analyses the problems in non-English majors' English writing and puts forward some measures to deal with them.
