    摘要:

    目的培养医学生的沟通能力为核心,探讨医学生“医患关系”沟通能力的培养新方式。方法通过对即将进入医院实习或工作的医学生开展员工帮助计划(EAP)和心理辅导相结合的方法进行回顾性调查,观察两种方法是否能提高医学生的沟通能力来缓解“医患关系”的紧张度。结果经过研究发现EAP和心理辅导能够提高医学生的职业素养和胜任力,对提升沟通能力有帮助,达到缓解“医患关系”的目的。结论EAP和心理辅导可以作为日常工作安排,对培养医学生的沟通能力,具有重要的意义,值得在医院推广。

    Abstract:

    The paper aims to train medical students' communication ability and to explore new ways to cultivate the communication ability of medical students' doctor-patient relationship. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and psychological counseling are combined to investigate whether the two methods can improve the communication ability of medical students, who are about to enter the hospital for internship or work, to alleviate the tense relationship between doctors and patients.The study founds that EAP and psychological counseling can improve the professional quality and competence of medical students, help improve the communication ability, and achieve the purpose of easing the doctor-patient relationship. It concludes that EAP and psychological counseling can be used as a routine work arrangement for training medical students' communication ability, which has important significance and is worth popularizing in hospital.
