The influences of security management work of College and University on the normal and stable development to the College and University are becoming more and more visible and it's also facing more problems in the new situation. Huaqiao University, with its security management featuring cross-cities, regionalism, involvement of overseas Chinese, and openness, propose to apply the collaborative management theory to the work of confidential collaborative management practice in schools and universities, through analyzing disadvantages of centralized management of security work, to establish the vertical coordination mechanism of security management, the horizontal coordination mechanism, the security management strategy of the resource sharing and coordination mechanism.
