Focused on several key problems about how to develop the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of university students,this paper discusses the importance of the construction of practical teaching platform,points out the corresponding strategies from the aspects of the renewal of educational philosophy,the positioning of practical platform,the estabilishment of training plan,the coordination of various relations,and so on,which may be useful for promoting university students' innovative andentrepreneurial ability,thus improving the quality of personnel training in universities.
