At present, the employment situation of graduates is very serious, there is a structural contradiction between the supply of talents; and the employment consciousness and enthusiasm of the graduates need to be improved. In this situation, it is especially important to strengthen employment guidance and work hard to lead the students' ideas. This article expounds the current status of employment, analyzes the ideological problems of graduates and thoughts lead role in graduate employment, finally proposes the student to carry on the thought to lead the way.
