Experiential teaching method refers to through the teachers' guidance, students can fully understand the content of teaching through their own personal participation and experience. Through the analysis of several factors of Sanda teaching, this paper discusses the meaning of "experiential" teaching method in Sanda teaching and puts forward the idea that how to use "experiential" teaching method to improve the teaching quality of Sanda teaching.
