With the establishment of Xiong'an New Area, the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has entered into the deepening promotion stage. Shijiazhuang should maintain its strategic focus and historical patience. While actively contributing to the construction of Xiong'an New Area, Shijiazhuang shall continuously enhance its radiation-driven function and strive to build a modernized provincial capital. In the construction of modernized provincial capital with human modernization as the core, Shijiazhuang is faced with some main problems including the unsatisfactory level of economic modernization, the serious situation of ecological modernization, the urgent need of civilization improvement.
