Taking Hebei University of Engineering as an Example,this paper analyzes the present situation of the talents training mode of business administration major of Hebei University of Engineering, and constructs talents training mode based on the drive of employment and entrepreneurship. Oriented by moral education and the improvement of the quality and ability of employment and Entrepreneurship, some optimization measures are given in the paper, such as positioning talents training target, optimizing the curriculum system, innovating teaching methods, improving practical teaching and establishing excellent teaching staff.
