In the paper, the author analyzes the current medical service deficiencies from the aspects of doctor's non-skill defects, lack of health awareness and the lack of prevention and control of chronic diseases and put forward feasible suggestions. Health management service is the direction of medical service transformation, an effective way to relieve the relationship between doctors and patients, a good way to prevent and control chronic diseases and the basic mode of modern hospital management innovation. In the new era, providing health management service in modern hospital management is quite scientific, important and urgent.
