Based on the investigation of the college students' sense of social responsibility, (taking Hebei university of engineering an an example) This article objectively analyzes the individual and group differences of contemporary college students' the sense of social responsibility, explores the ability enhancement path of ideological and political course teachers, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
