Abstract:Education management has always been the most important goal in the development of colleges and universities. Colleges and universities not only compete with each other in teaching and learning and scientific research, but also focus on training and selecting a number of educational management talents with high quality and strong ability. It is beneficial for the development of all departments in colleges that appoint staff with good ability and integrity to appropriate leadership positions. Therefore, it is particularly significant to discuss how to establish a set of reasonable and effective appointment mechanism for education management in colleges and universities. This essay, based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing cadre selection and appointment mechanism, started with the main problems existing in current colleges and universities and put forward some thoughts on how to realize the scientific and effective selection and appointment mechanism.
