In this paper, the differences between case teaching and traditional teaching in many aspects are discussed in depth, then the basic principles and the effective method of establishing case and case base are provided, the case teaching is carried out in the course of full-time Master's degree through the design of teaching process, and the obvious teaching effect has been obtained. So, the case teaching is a very effective teaching method.
