Right at the present stage, China aims to cultivate the atmosphere for the coming into being and development of little science, so as to create the extensive and various fields and levels of little science. That will provide new branching points and growing points for the development of Chinese science as well as "fluctuation". Chinese little science, which can branch and grow enables the Big Science of China to develop rapidly and healthily.
