    摘要:

    数字化教育资源的共享能发挥高校优质资源辐射作用,实现高校之间优势互补。当前高校资源共享的凸显问题是优质的数字化教育资源供给不足。从供给侧视角提出了高校数字化教育资源共享模式,分析了当前数字化教育资源共享的供给瓶颈,一是资源供给者的共享观念淡薄,二是资源需求者角色单一,难以转换成为资源供给者。针对供给瓶颈提出了坚持共享发展理念、构建特色鲜明的资源库和政府主导与政策引导相结合的策略。

    Abstract:

    The sharing of digital education resources can play a role in the radiative effect of high quality resources in colleges and universities. At present, The shortage of high-quality digital education resources is the prominent problem of resource sharing in colleges and universities. From the perspective of supply side, this paper proposes the sharing model of digital education resources and analyzes the supply bottleneck of sharing of digital education resource. On the one hand, the sharing concept of resource suppliers is weak. On the other hand, the role of resource demander is single, which makes it difficult to transform into a resource supplier. In view of the supply bottleneck, this paper puts forward the strategy of adhering to the concept of sharing development, building a distinctive resource base and the combination of government leading and policy guidance.
