The 19th Party congress report first put forward the strategy of rural revitalization, which is the Party, s great judgment from an accurate grasping of social progress in contemporary China. This study explores the double character effect of peasants, stratification on the rural revitalization strategy from the perspective of behavior, and puts forward countermeasures in order to guide the peasants, healthy stratification and promote the smooth implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
