Abstract:The management function of the contract culture is achieved through the cultural integration, the infiltration of values and the rational choice of managers in management activities.That is, the integration of contract culture and management has become the "intersection" of cross-cultural values;Corporate culture is the value orientation of personal values and organizational philosophies, while contract culture is the support for realizing its value orientation.The "organizational practice" formed by the positioning of contract cultural values guides the rational choice of management behavior.
