In the management of College Students,counselors are the "first line of defense" to prevent students from intensifying their contradictions and this requires counselors to have strong mediation capability. This article will start from the current situation of College Students' conflict and excavate the deficiency of the instructor in the adjustment ability. Then it will analyse internal relationship between people's mediation and university student management and come up with a path of improving college counselors' mediation ability.
