    摘要:

    我国传统知识产权人才培养存在生源、就业、课程设置、岗位适应性等问题。提出“政府主导+学院主教+企业主训”政校企合作共同体人才培养模式,在人才培养中坚持高起点招录、高水准施教与高标准毕业考核“三高”育人理念,在知识产权社会服务中实现开放式办学。

    Abstract:

    There are some problems in the training of traditional intellectual property talents in China, such as pupils,, obtain employment, curriculum setting, and job adaptability. This paper puts forward the training mode of "government leading + College bishop + enterprise training" in the cooperation community of government-collegeenterprise. In the training of talents, we should adhere to the concept of "three high" education, that is, enrollment at a high starting point, teaching at a high level and graduation examination at a high standard, and realizes its opening education in the social service of intellectual property.
