At present, there are still some problems, such as lack of democratic management atmosphere, counselors' lack of understanding, and lack of consciousness and ability of students' democratic management. And the democratic management of university class can improve the quality of student management, and plays an important role in guaranteeing counselors' sensible fulfillment of duty and setting up a good class atmosphere. So at present we can cultivate and promote the students' consciousness of democratic management, set up democratic management platform which can be perfected by establishing rules and systems to perfect the democratic management in universities.
